This is about leveling UP. Two full days of concentrated betterment, refinement and study of communication skills. Limited to 12 participants to support direct, impactful coaching by industry experts in a small group setting. Building on previous knowledge, practice the skills in a safe setting and collaborate with other Communication Nerds. A huge benefit to those wanting to continue their study and development.

Day 1.

Review of evidence based, dialogue skills that attendees have already been putting into practice. Overview of strategies for managing and navigating conflict conversations with clients and with team. Development of goals and plans moving forward.

application of dialogue skills to conflict with clients and coworkers
facilitating feedback to feed forward for colleagues, students and mentees

Day 2.

completion of 1 simulated interaction
observe and give coaching in five other simulations
practice the skills
wrap up and forward plans.
